(Ventura Barcelona) informs the client and/or the visitor of this web site that all the information that gives at any time and in a voluntary way to Barcelona Forum Yacht Service S.L. (Ventura Barcelona), or to its employees, will be included in the file of information of personal nature legalized and inscribed in the General Register of Protection of the Information and that is maintained under the responsibility of Barcelona Forum Yacht Service S.L. The basic aim of this file is to maintain the contractual relation with the client and the realization of the statistic studies. For any use of the information other than above mentioned will be required the prior and express consent of the client.
